Returns

  • Who pays return freight charges?
    Customers are responsible for return freight charges.
  • Faulty or incorrect items?
    If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email us at breno@brickandmortarsupply.com with a full description of the product or damaged area (please include photographs to make the process easier.) Our customer service team will assist you with a replacement or refund
  • Do you offer refunds on sales items?
    There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items are only granted by a Brick + Mortar Supply representative and are subject to stock availabilities.
  • Can I exchange or return an item?
    We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order purchase date. Upon receiving your package, enclosed in the bag will be an original invoice . Please include this or a copy of along with  information indicating your reason for the return for exchange or possible refund . Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. You should allow up 14 days to process your return. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number of your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. (Postage costs are at customers expense)

Shipping

  • How long will shipping take?
    We aim to ship out all orders within 2 business days of receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your item has been shipped. Orders are dispatched multiple times everyday from Monday to Friday. Here’s an approximate list of standard shipping times for each state. Melbourne to VIC: 1-2 days (maximum 3-5) Melbourne to NSW: 1-2 days (maximum 3-5) Melbourne to SA: 1-2 days (maximum 3-5) Melbourne to ACT: 1-2 days (maximum 3-5) Melbourne to TAS: 1-2 days (maximum 3-5) Melbourne to QLD: 3-4 days (maximum 4-6) Melbourne to WA: 4-5 days (maximum 6-8) Melbourne to NT: 5-6 days (maximum 8-9) Here’s an approximate list of express shipping times for each state.   • How can I track my order?
    When your order has left us you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the  system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.  
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    No we do not currently offer International shipping.

Technical

  • How do i exchange an item?
    If you wish to exchange an item please email us at info@brickandmortarsupply.com and state your name, order number and the item you wish to return for an exchange. We issue store credit for all exchanges.  
  • Product availability
    Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
  • Colours
    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Will you restock items that have sold out?
    We generally do not re-stock items that have sold out as we like to offer new designs and often have limited numbers of garments, these products may be restocked in the future but it is not guaranteed.
